MIXOLOGIST HIRE FORM

After you fill out our hire form, we will contact you to go over the details and availability before your event is booked.
Mixologist Hire Bookings:
Includes:
- Consumables
- Glassware
- Equipment
- Prep and cleaning
- Service time
- Delivery
- Travel
Any equipment we use for your event that is left behind must be returned back to us at your earliest convenience.
Our fees will depend on the final choice of cocktail/s and how many cocktails and/or mocktails you want to provide for your guests. Please note that the cocktails start from £7 and mocktails from £4. Our minimum charge is £250 with the alcohol being provided by yourself. Minimum charge with us providing drinks is £350.
The charge for travel is listed below starting from:
Zone 1 & 2: From £30
Zone 3: From £25
Zone 4 & 5: From £30
Outside London: Price TBC
Please ensure that there is suitable parking and access for us at your event. We would need enough space to transport to and from our vehicle. If parking will be an issue please do inform us at your earliest convenience.
We also like our charging structure to be clear. So once we have agreed on the cocktail/mocktail menu with you, and the number of cocktails/mocktails we’re gearing up for, we will give you a fixed fee in advance. That way you know exactly how much our service will cost you.
The deposit must be paid to secure your booking, at least 2-3 weeks in advance so we can buy the necessities for your event. If you are buying the beverages please ensure you have all the ingredients a day ahead of time. You can make your deposit to us via the link provided on the invoice or via Paypal PayPal.me/cocktailsandvibes.
The balance is then due ONE WORKING DAY before your event. We can also upon request make laminated and personalised cocktail menus for you so that your guests know what they are choosing.
