1. Introduction
Welcome to Cocktails & Vibes Ltd. By accessing our website, making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they set out important information regarding your rights and obligations when working with us.

2. Services
Cocktails & Vibes Ltd provides premium cocktail and mocktail services including private bartending, mobile bar hire, corporate and private event services, cocktail masterclasses, cocktail pouches, and cocktail-making sets, along with other services detailed on our website. All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking and secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one working day before the event. We accept payment by bank transfer, Square, PayPal, and major debit or credit cards. Where payment deadlines are not met, Cocktails & Vibes Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Catering and bar services booked for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. Once your date is secured and the deposit is paid, the following cancellation terms apply.
The deposit is non-refundable and covers administrative preparation, staff allocation, and reserving equipment and stock for your event.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event date, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before the event, 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.
For cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the event, 75% of the total booking fee will be retained.
For cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event, the full booking fee is payable due to the preparation, staffing and ordering already incurred.
If payment has not yet been made in full, the outstanding amount will remain due.
We will always try to accommodate a date change where possible. If work has already begun or stock has been purchased, reasonable costs may apply. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as venue closure or a major emergency, we will review your situation fairly and may offer a rescheduled date or partial refund depending on costs already committed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
By booking with Cocktails & Vibes Ltd, you accept this policy and agree to these terms.

5. Use of Products
All products, including cocktail pouches and cocktail-making kits, are intended for personal use only and must be used responsibly. Alcohol products must not be supplied to anyone under the age of 18, in accordance with UK law. Please follow any usage, safety or storage guidelines provided.

6. Website Content
All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding and logos, is owned by Cocktails & Vibes Ltd. No content may be copied, reproduced, shared, or used without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Cocktails & Vibes Ltd is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss arising from the use of our services or products, including issues resulting from alcohol consumption. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use of our website, products or services.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
